The Gilgit Baltistan Scouts are hiring for the following contract-based positions:
- Medical Officer
- Pathologist
- Psychiatrist
- Child Specialist
These roles are part of a 2-year project aimed at enhancing healthcare services in the region.
Position Details
1. Medical Officer (BPS-17)
- Qualification: MBBS, PMDC-recognized.
- Experience: One-year house job with a valid PMDC license.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary healthcare services.
- Conduct medical examinations and diagnoses.
- Manage patient care effectively.
2. Pathologist (BPS-18)
- Qualification: FCPS/MCPS in Pathology, PMDC-recognized.
- License: Valid PMDC license.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze laboratory samples.
- Provide diagnostic support to medical teams.
- Collaborate with staff to formulate treatment plans.
3. Psychiatrist (BPS-18)
- Qualification: FCPS/MCPS in Psychiatry, PMDC-recognized.
- License: Valid PMDC license.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health evaluations.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic support.
- Diagnose and treat psychological disorders.
4. Child Specialist (BPS-18)
- Qualification: FCPS/MCPS in Pediatrics, PMDC-recognized.
- License: Valid PMDC license.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric care, including diagnosis and treatment of childhood illnesses.
- Offer preventive care and guidance to families.
