The Urban Policy & Planning Unit of the Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is hiring for multiple contract-based positions under the project “Resilient Resource Management in Cities (RRMIC).” The contracts will last for the project’s duration, following the Project Implementation Policy of KPK 2022.

Key Responsibilities 📚
Field Engineers (WATSAN & SWM)
✅ Plan, design, and implement water & sanitation (WATSAN) and solid waste management (SWM) systems
✅ Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations for sustainable infrastructure
✅ Work alongside environmental experts for effective resource management
Assistant Urban Planner
✅ Develop urban planning strategies for sustainable city development
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders for infrastructure planning & land use management
✅ Conduct research & analysis on urban growth trends and resource utilization
Social Organizer
✅ Facilitate community engagement & awareness programs for urban resource management
✅ Implement social mobilization strategies to boost public participation
✅ Collaborate with NGOs & local bodies for community development initiatives
PA to PD & Office Assistant
✅ Provide administrative support including meetings, documentation & communication
✅ Manage office records, correspondence, and ensure smooth operations
✅ Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, and project events
Sub Engineer
✅ Assist in technical inspections, site supervision & quality control
✅ Support engineers in project implementation & resource allocation
