Position Details
Senior Manager/Manager Human Development Services:
- Education Qualification:
- Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resource Management (from a local/international HEC-recognized institute).
- SAP HCM experience is a plus.
- Understanding of academic environments is preferred.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managerial roles.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective HR strategies.
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and organizational policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
